Marry Me, Or Not?

This 2015 Taiwanese drama starring Alice Ko, Roy Qiu, Joanne Tseng, and Harry Zhang is one of the better Taiwanese dramas these past few years. I personally think that ever since 2012, Taiwanese dramas have been getting worse and worse. Prove me wrong and tell me some good ones but right now, this is how I feel. This is also the reunion of Alice and Roy after 4 years since their legendary collab in Office Girls. 

This drama in Mandarin is called Bi Qu Nv(Nu) Ren, which sounds like B*tchy Woman, even though it is supposed to mean a woman so great that you have to marry them. It is hilarious and I love the two female leads. I also adore the male lead to death.

Plot:

Cai Huan Zhen and Hao Sheng Nan were best friends in college but because of a guy, they are now sworn enemies. Some of the things they do are unforgivable. For example, she ruins her entire wedding from canceling the booking of their wedding revenue to getting all of Huan Zhen's exes to crash her wedding. When Sheng Nan hears that Huan Zhen is about to get married, she tells her brother, Justin or Hao Meng, to pretend to be her boyfriend so she wouldn't be mocked for being single.  Justin is a divorce lawyer who doesn't believe in marriage and ever-lasting love. Huan Zhen, on the other hand, tries her best in every relationship. Since she thinks that he is her sworn enemy's guy, she tries to use him to take revenge on Sheng Nan. 

This drama is so funny, especially the first episode. Their rivalry is cute yet so dumb. All of this because of a crush.

The acting is also funny, especially Roy's. He has the cutest expressions. At times, he looks like a lost puppy and sometimes he is overly dramatic but I don't mind it one bit.
